Butterfly blue pea flower is a caffeine free herbal tea also known as Aprajita, butterfly pea, Blue pea etc. Blue tea (Butterfly Pea flower) has been consumed for centuries as a memory enhancer, brain booster and anti-stress agent, but only recently been introduced to tea drinkers. The combination of two healthy teas makes this exotic and lavish tea.

This herbal infusion cleanses the body and improves skin health as it contains anti-aging properties. This tea is extremely rich in antioxidants and instant stress reliever. One of the aspects of the tea is the fact that the liquid changes colour from deep blue to purple after adding lemon juice to the tea.

This tea can be brewed multiple times, and you can increase the water temperature with later steepings. Can be enjoyed both hot or cold.

BREWING GUIDE
Water temperature: 75-80º Celsius
Dosage: 4-5 grams of tea
Amount of water: 150-200 ml
Re-steeping: 3-4 times.
Steeping time: 2,3,4,5 minutes
METHOD
We suggest you to always use freshly boiled water cooled down to the proper temperature. Use suitable tea ware and cover the teapot or teacup when brewing. Preheat your teapot. To discover delicate subtleness of each tea always follow the instructions, and feel free to experiment with dosage, time or temperature when you get accustomed to tea. Higher temperature, larger amounts of leaves and longer steeping time will result in stronger tea with more astringency. You can add sugar or lemon to your tea, but we suggest that you try it straight first to enjoy it to the fullest.
